Dhaka, 8 Feb, Abnews: Bangladesh got off to a shaky start in their first innings after the bowlers packed Sri Lanka up for 222.
Tamim, Mominul and Mushfiq all went back to the pavilion leaving Bangladesh at 12 for 3.
Kayes and Liton are now on the crease trying to steady Bangladesh’s shaky ship.
Sri Lanka was all-out for 222 in the second Test in Mirpur.
Earlier, Sri Lanka captain Dinesh Chandimal won the toss and elected to bat first in the second and final test of the series at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium at Mirpur in the city on Thursday morning.
The second test is important for Bangladesh because if the Tigers will be able to snatch a draw in the match, they will move up eighth position for the first time in the ICC Test ranking.
